Professional Career and Work Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Concepcion Rosa worked as a lawyer in firms specialized in civil and commercial litigation. He was also the supervisor of the judicial collections department of a prestigious firm, where he acquired experience in civil procedure and execution of judicial collections.

He has been involved in a wide range of cases in various areas of law, from civil matters to disputes in the field of economic criminal law. His proficiency extends to diverse aspects of litigation and credit guarantees, including the drafting of intricate legal documents such as loan agreements, mortgage registrations, and meticulous involvement in the execution process of judicial collections, successfully representing national and international financial entities.

Education

Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) (2013). He has completed postgraduate courses on civil law, civil procedure, labor procedure, real estate law, and constitutional law.

He is currently completing a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in Civil Law and Civil Procedure, at the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
